First sample inspection according to VDA or QS9000 including any formal documentation are a matter of course to us. By faithfully involving Dellit Präzision into new projects from the very beginning we can guarantee a faster and more efficient development of your products. We support you and your goals and can trigger improvement suggestions early into your constructions if desired. To handle our eclectic and broad spectrum of customers specifications and turning parts we are in need of different external suppliers.
Therefore we can offer any current techniques of surface refinement (galvanizing, chromize, chromium-plating, hard chrome plating, etc.), hardening (vacuum hardening, burnishing, etc.) and debburing (thermal, electrochemical or high-pressure water jet) for you. So just concentrate on your core competences and oblige us towards your product and/or assembly group requirements - we can realize them for and with you.
Our in-house tool design and construction supports our every days needs. For example in constructing and building measurement devices or realizing different needs of our departments.
Besides that there are development activities concerning our internal assembly prozesses and we qualify our trainees on conventional lathes.
